Significant Seams can use our ‘infrastructure’ and administrative experience to manage bookings for your event: including taking payments, taking bookings, providing you an attendance list for the day and paying out your takings to you.
This service includes two updates on your bookings in the run up to your event, agreed in advance as associated to particular dates. If you/your event requires additional booking updates (most likely due to inital low bookings) we are happy to agree an appropriate service charge based on time requirements.
This service does not include marketing of your event beyond listing it. You will need to provide all event details and an image to our specifications. You will be able to use a link to our online listing in your marketing. This service does not include attendance at your event of venue related arrangements.
This is a service devised as part of producing the “If Trees Could Talk Devon Festival,” and is appropriate to particular kinds of events. We aim to be supportive, particularly of artists and event hosts for whom supporting artists in ancillary to the primary activity.
As at Spring 2026, this is a pilot product, and we reserve the right to limit the number of service bookings we take on, and the type/style/copmplexity of events we take on. We are happy to provide a quotation for more complex programmes.
