Crediton Arts Centre Summer Show

One of our artist associates will feature work in the Crediton Arts Centre Summer exhibition in studio one in a mid-Devon celebration of the visual arts. Catherine West will present an exhibition along with a number of other professional artists. Additionally studio 2 at Crediton Arts Centre will be showing the work of students who attend a variety of professionally led art classes run at the centre.

Returning after the success of an inaugural show last year, the exhibition in is an opportunity to see, and in some cases, purchase, a range of work by mid-Devon artists. There will be paintings, ceramics, textiles, photography and masks. Cards and prints will also be available. All the artists are based in the Crediton locality.

The exhibition will be open daily between 10 am and 4 pm from Friday 23rd May to Tuesday 27th May. Admission is free.

For those who have not visited the Arts Centre yet, it is located opposite the Church of the Holy Cross on Union Road.

Catherine West is a maker, facilitator and producer, who explores the relationships between community and individual, especially for vulnerable groups. Following on from her involvement with the Crediton Station Tea Rooms ‘Art-coustics Tree’ and the Newton Abbot Community Tree Project, Catherine will be showing a collection focused on and inspired by trees.
