Naomi Wright

Naomi is a co-founder of the collective ‘Art and Energy’ and co-led ‘Moths to a Flame’, a 2021 Sustainability First Art Prize winner. Moths to A Flame engaged around 20,000 people in co-creating an installation for COP 26, displayed in the botanic gardens in Glasgow. Naomi explores themes of nature, renewable energy and climate change through cyanotypes – a process of image making using the sun’s energy. Her work is collaborative and performative, and the key element to her practice is energy.  She has completed an Art and Ecology MA.
