Sarie Meill’s collection refreshed today in time for Mother’s Day
With Spring in the air, Sarie popped in today to update her exhibition. She brought a gorgeous selection of handmade glass jewellery in a bright and cheery spring green, as well as a jewellery set (bracelet, necklace, and earrings) in this elegant leaf series. We still have a lovely selection of Sarie’s lace imprinted pewter jewellery too.
The weather is affecting me too – I rearranged the furniture and reorganised the workshop supplies in the last week.
The new set-up hopefully emphasises our role as a creative community centre just as we are gearing up for our various programmes and groups – Woolthamstow Neighbourly Knitting and Crochet is up and growing, as are our Upcycling Class and the Waiting for Baby Group (which is growing in more way than 1.) To check on our class schedule visit http://bookwhen.com/significantseams. (Remember many of our groups are social drop-in sessions, so please book when you can, but be reassured we’ll always try to squeeze one more eager person in if you just show up!)
