We run creative workshops, make artwork with communities, learn about communities through creative research and evaluation, and provide sewing supplies for social good.

  • Preparing for wellbeing, creative, & ecological events at Creativity Acre
    On Saturday 13 April 2024, with greatly appreciated blue skies, artists and environmentalists shared a work day preparing a local woodland in a conservation area for creative, ecological and wellbeing events. Volunteers gathered from local art for wellbeing social enterprise Significant Seams and the local ecological group Sustainable Crediton. Together they cleared deadwood and imagined
  • Inviting artists and creatives (including young people) to propose activities for our 2024 Youth Summer Programme, “Empowering Creativity”
    Empowering Creativity aims to be a dynamic programme of workshops and events that provide pick-n-mix engagement opportunities with the varied dimensions (and worlds of paid work!) of the arts world (physical theatre, creative writing, costuming, music, lighting, promotion, set design etc).  Background This is a programme for 11-16 year olds from in and around Crediton.
